Coaching attention,
every workout,
every week.

Adaptive triathlon coaching, built from your data. Individual power, pace, and swim models — and a plan that rewrites itself every week as you build toward your A race.

§01
THE GAP

Your data deserves
a better coach.

Most tools either track you or prescribe to you. Some pile up charts that need coach interpretation. Others hand you a template and call it customized. Either way, you're left to interpret your own data — or pay three hundred dollars a month for a coach who can.

Generic zones miss by ten to twenty percent. Static plans break the first time life happens. Wearables alone gather data but offer no wisdom. Every training decision downstream is wrong when the baseline is wrong.

FIG.01 · WHAT YOUR BODY TOLD US
Your test said 245W.
Your pacing said you didn't mean it.
12-MIN TEST · POWER
T1 · 0–4min
245W
T2 · 4–8min
235W
T3 · 8–12min
220W
Coach's Perspective
You have the raw power, but your pacing strategy cost you twenty-five watts.
What you did well
  • Your form stayed rock-solid — pedal stroke didn't deteriorate.
  • Heart rate held steady; you're building solid cardiovascular capacity.
Where to grow
  • You went out hot (245W → 220W) and faded badly.
  • Heart-to-power efficiency suggests more aerobic base would pay dividends.
What to try next time

Lock your cadence at 92 rpm as a pacing anchor. It forces you to trust the power and prevents early over-acceleration.

INSIDE THE ENGINE

Countless signals.
One plan.

Eliit reads the story in your power file, the pacing in your test, the drift in your heart rate — and writes tomorrow's workout around it. Personalized power, pace, and swim models. Observation modules reconciled into one plan. A plan that rewrites itself every week as you train.

Personal

Your Critical Power, your Critical Speed, your swim pace — measured from your data, not pulled from a template. Everything downstream is built from you.

Adaptive

Blocks refresh every four weeks. Weekly refinements happen in between. You miss a workout, it adapts. You nail one, it progresses.

Explained

Every session has a why. Every week comes with a Coach's Perspective. Every test produces a narrative that reads like a coach was watching.

§03
THE A RACE

Every session knows
what it's training you for.

Your A race sits at the center of your plan — the date, the distance, the goal time you're chasing. Every workout from week one points at it. Sessions get harder as the race approaches. Taper lands where the taper should. If the race reschedules, the plan re-centers — fitness gains preserved, timeline shifted.

Coming as the engine matures: A-race coaching intelligence, course-aware time predictions, and peak-day pacing strategy tuned to the weather and terrain you'll actually face.

§04
PRINCIPLES

Three pillars.

01 · PILLAR

Guided,
Not Governed.

Eliit adapts to your life, your constraints, and your race — guidance that feels like a coach paying attention, not a template being enforced. Readiness before intensity. Form before load.

02 · PILLAR

Execution,
Not Math.

Your test said 285 watts. Your pacing said you didn't mean it. Most platforms see one number. Eliit reads the story — and shapes your next block around how you actually executed.

03 · PILLAR

Three Sports,
One Plan.

Running hammers cyclists. Swimming doesn't. Your plan models cross-sport fatigue as triathlon fatigue — not three disciplines in isolation pretending not to see each other.

§05 · A Letter

From the engine.

We started Eliit because most of the coaching we'd ever paid for was reading our files once a week. The data was there. The attention was scarce. A good coach — the kind who actually reads how you executed, not just what you logged — costs three to four hundred a month. Everyone else gets a spreadsheet or a platform that feels pre-scripted.

Building a coaching engine is easy. Building one that reads how you executed, conservatizes the next block, and restores your full threshold on a clean retest — that's the hard part.

Our job is not to replace coaches. It is to give the rest of us the same attention as the best coaches. Every sync. Every session. Every test. Honest, specific, grounded in your own numbers — with one thing to try next time.

ROADMAP

The trajectory.

  1. Invited triathletes. Full adaptive engine live — full set of observation modules, individual power / pace / swim models, execution-quality analysis.

  2. Goal analysis tied to your actual fitness curve. Peak-day targets and per-leg pacing strategy built from how you trained — not generic race calculators. The engine reads your build and tells you what race day realistically looks like.

  3. Weather, terrain, and your individual power-duration curve combine into a predicted race-day time with confidence bands. You see the realistic goal, not the hopeful one — and you train for the course you're actually racing.

  4. Native integrations with the major platforms athletes train with. As partnerships mature, we'll deepen each one — richer syncs, more signal, your data flowing direct from the source.

  5. Doors open to the waitlist. Refined onboarding, deeper course-aware planning, and expanded race profiles across the full triathlon distance spectrum.

  6. The engine reasons across seasons, not just blocks. Year-over-year progression modeling. Race-to-race continuity. A training memory that gets sharper every cycle you put through it.

§07 · QUESTIONS

Before you ask.

Triathletes training for a specific race — sprint through full Ironman — single-sport will be offered at a later date. Not for casual fitness app users.

Your race is the whole point. The date anchors your block structure; the distance shapes the build; your goal time calibrates the effort. Every workout is a step toward the finish line you chose — not abstract "fitness." A-race coaching intelligence and course-aware time predictions are on the roadmap.

We aim to support as many devices as we can at launch — watches, head units, power meters, smart trainers, and the rest. Deeper, native integrations with each major provider roll out as the platform matures.

Ideally you have one, but not required. Eliit uses power if you have it, heart rate if you don't, RPE if you don't have that. Your plan just gets more precise as your data does.

Your plan rebuilds with continuity — fitness gains preserved, timeline adjusted. No starting over. Your block picks up where you actually are.

No. Eliit reads how you executed the test — pacing, heart-rate drift, form — and automatically conservatizes the next block. As soon as you prove yourself on a clean retest, it restores your full threshold. As your fitness changes, we'll sprinkle in tests to adapt.

Blocks refresh every four weeks. Weekly refinements happen in between — session swaps, duration tweaks, intensity dials — driven by your compliance and readiness.

A human coach costs $200–400 a month. Eliit reviews it every time you sync. Same sports science. As close to your data as the best coaches. Honest in the same way a good coach is. We also understand that we can't fully replace a good coach though and hope to bring coaching tools and accounts into our platform later for those that want the best of both.

Encrypted at rest, yours to export at any time, never sold. Your individual data is not a product.
